aves Millwork offers a wide array of custom cabinet styles and colors. Representing four different cabinet lines gives us the ability to select and choose the perfect custom kitchen remodeling solution to meet your style and budget. Our flagship cabinet line is our own Caves Custom Cabinet line.

The Caves Custom Cabinet line is built right here at our shop in Upstate New York. We use rich, durable hardwoods like oak, maple, cherry, walnut, beech, alder, and

birch to create our custom cabinets and built-ins. Our meticulous design and construction not only enhance the beauty, but also the durability and functionality of our custom designs.

Plus, we offer an extensive array of distinctive countertop surfaces including granite, quartz, solid surface and laminate that perfectly complement our work. In addition, we have extensive knowledge in the pros and cons of each type of countertop material and the advancement in using fully integrated sinks.

You get the visual appeal and quality of fine furniture, yet considerable cost savings since there is no middleman. In addition, your custom kitchen is built to your specifications, not to the limitations of a pre-fabricated cabinet line.

• Our cabinet sizes are available in fractions of an inch for a true custom fit.
  
• Wood grain is arranged for maximum visual appeal and special consideration is given to assure symmetrical grain patterns on all doors.
• Front gap tolerances are near perfect so doors and drawers fit precisely.
• Cabinets have soft close door hinges and are constructed from ¾” formaldehyde-free finished maple plywood.
• Inset door styled upper cabinets are 12 ¾” deep to accommodate larger plates, plus special techniques and hinges prevent damage from door over-extension.
• Rather than melamine or simulated wood, all upper cabinets have matching finished wood bottoms.
• Raised panels are stained and finished before assembly so visible lines do not appear with slight panel movement over the seasons.

• Drawer boxes are solid maple with dovetail joints, a technique used in high quality furniture, and offer under-mount, full extension soft close drawer slides.
• Roll-out shelves are extra durable with a ¾” plywood bottom, full extension slides that carry 100 pounds and bumpers that protect the door from impact damage.
• Unlike commercial brands, our rollout trash cabinets are internally sealed from the above cabinets and drawers.
• A large selection of unique organizers and innovative accessories for cabinet interiors are available.
• The applied finish is quality controlled with a special computerized coating gage and exceeds the Kitchen Cabinet Manufacturers Association standards for durability and thickness.
